• Volunteer Data: Includes shirt sizes, assigned roles, and check-in status for specific events.
• Financial Data: Payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

How Your Data is Shared

Data collected on this platform is shared between Participants and Event Organizers. When you register for an event, your information (including name, email, and team number) is made available to the specific organization hosting that event.

Authentication & Cookies

We use Magic Links for secure, passwordless authentication. This requires us to store your email address and issue session cookies to keep you logged in. These cookies are essential for the operation of the service.

Children's Privacy

FRC Robotics Events is intended for students and adults in the FIRST Robotics Competition community. While students under 13 may participate in FIRST programs, our platform is designed for use by team leads, mentors, and senior students. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it.
